You see, I’m a serial criticiser of referees. I feel I have some entitlement. I was a referee – senior club level and made the NPC development squad with now international referee Chris Pollock.
The standard has become disastrous and is beginning to affect the game as a whole. Never before have it heard both coaches publicly challenge some of the calls. When will the system change? Perhaps we need an outsider? Whatever they do they need to do it in a hurry!!
