We, NZ, won the first test. Wait, we also won 4 out of the 5 one day games – and drew the other. India is the best/second best one day team in the universe, and the second best test team. NZ about eighth on both lists, which basically means we suck something awful. (This means we are worse than the Poms and the Aussies; every New Zealander’s worst nightmare.)
Chris Cairns has been accused of match fixing (I don’t think so), perhaps the match fixer watchers might investigate this tour. Perhaps I’m just being overly harsh on the BlackCaps who seem to have played really well. Just seems like this Indian team is rolling over a bit easy. We will see.
Just watching my man, Tim Wilkinson, on the telly playing at Pebble Beach in the final group. The stubborn little bugger looks comfortable and smooth, I would be virtually diagnosed with a conniption under such a spotlight. Good luck to him and my first employer in golf – Andre White (Tim’s Coach).
